I (Big M) was fortunate enough to make it to the NYC leg of the Rock The Bells tour so this week's show was giving the people a review of the best show I've ever witnessed! DJ Premier, Slick Rick, Rakim, KRS-One, Brother Ali, DJ Muggs & Ill Bill, Lauryn Hill, A Tribe Called Quest, Wu-Tang Clan, Snoop Dogg and many more tore it down and made it difficult for Guerilla Union to top this year's lineup. We also got into a Double Shot from DJ Muggs & Ill Bill's collaboration album, Kill Devil Hills. As expected, Muggs comes with the sinister beats that have made him one of the most consistent (while underrated) producers in Hip-Hop and Ill Bill brings the energy-laden vocals that complement the beats nicely. Appearances from B-Real, Raekwon, Sean Price, Slaine, Vinnie Paz and more are nice additions to the album and contribute to making it an album worth your while!
