We set things off right by paying homage to the late great J Dilla. Played a solid 20mins of some my favourite tracks Dilla blessed either with his rhymes or production. Stussy is also celebrating the life of this icon by releasing a limited edition tee. Various Stussy locations are taking it a step further by doing an event called “Dilla Day” with DJs catching wreck to Jay Dee and complimentary beverages. Yours truly will be doing the Van City edition @ Stussy at 49 Powell Street, so do yourself a favor and check it out.

We also had a killer interview with Van City's own Son Real. Already on their sophomore album, “The Stroll”, Son Real has worked with the with the likes of Rich Kidd, Eternia, Promise and more...
